Souare Group and Chinese Partner Sign Landmark US $10 Million Memorandum of Understanding to Establish Dairy Processing Plants in Kenya

Nairobi, Kenya – 29 May 2025 – Souare Group today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) valued at US $10 million with its Chinese partner, aimed at developing state-of-the-art milk processing plants across Kenya.

The new facilities will focus on:

• Boosting local milk collection and processing capacity to produce Full Cream Sweetened Condensed Milk and Full Cream Evaporated Milk. The plant will be installed in Tatu City Industrial Park.

• Ensuring compliance with international quality and safety standards

• Supporting local dairy farmers through training, fair pricing, and access to modern technology

• Creating jobs and promoting economic growth in key dairy-growing regions
